Her self-penned songs such as “I Go to the Rock,” “We Shall Behold Him” and “The Holy Hills of Heaven Call Me” have become modern-day classics which have been performed by award-winning voices ranging from Whitney Houston, Dolly Parton and Sandi Patty to Gospel quartets. These and seven other Dottie Rambo masterpieces are given a pared down, bluegrass feel with acoustic instrumentation and tight-knit harmonies from The Porchlight Trio (Woody Wright, Michael Sykes and David Ponder).
